I blend Reflexology, Reiki, Functional Movement (based on pilates and yoga) and holistic practices to support your whole self — body, mind and energy — so you can start to feel more connected, more balanced, and more like yourself again.

Hey there! So that you know more about me I thought I would share a little bit about who I am and what brought me here. I live in Midlothian with Mr Vesta and my son, along with a lively crew of two dogs and two cats – you can imagine our home is full of energy (or that’s what I’m calling it!).

My ‘journey’ started in the NHS, where I spent two decades (hard to believe) working in Public Health and Paediatric Allied Health. It was rewarding, but I always felt a strong pull towards a more hands-on approach to wellbeing. That led me to train as a Pilates and Yoga teacher, and then, in 2024, I realised a long-held dream: becoming a Clinical Reflexologist! Because who doesn’t want to work with feet!

What truly lights me up? Supporting women to feel confident, self-assured, and fully connected to their own power.

I genuinely believe that ‘being well’ looks different for everyone. That’s why I love exploring practical, down-to-earth ways to support your energy and wellbeing — always keeping things accessible and real.

As my ‘side hustle’ I’m also a Sports Coach with the local council — teaching Pilates, Children’s Yoga, Aqua Yoga for adults, and more.
