Terms of Service.

Welcome to Vesta Wellbeing! These Terms and Conditions (T&Cs) govern your use of our services, including treatments and classes, provided through our website www.vestawellbeing.co.uk. By booking a service with us, you agree to be bound by these T&Cs. Please read them carefully.

1. Services Offered

Vesta Wellbeing offers the following services:

• Treatments: These include, but are not limited to, reflexology, reiki, and other therapeutic bodywork sessions.

• Classes: These include, but are not limited to, Pilates and other movement sessions.

2. Booking and Payment

All bookings for treatments and classes must be made through our website or designated booking system. Full payment is required at the time of booking to secure your slot. Alternatively, an invoice can be provided upon request; in this case, payment must be made within 48 hours of receipt to secure your booking.

3. Cancellation and Refund Policy for Treatments

This policy applies specifically to all treatment bookings.

• Cancellations 48 hours or more prior to treatment: You may cancel your treatment up to 48 hours before the scheduled time. A refund will be issued, minus a £5 administrative fee to cover non-refundable card processing fees and administration costs.

• Cancellations between 48 and 24 hours prior to treatment: If you cancel between 48 and 24 hours before your treatment, you have two options:

• One complimentary reschedule of your appointment to a new date and time.

• A 50% refund of the booking cost.

• Cancellations less than 24 hours prior to treatment: No refund will be issued for cancellations made less than 24 hours before the scheduled treatment time.

4. Cancellation and Refund Policy for Classes

This policy applies specifically to all class bookings. While similar to treatment terms, these are listed separately for clarity.

• Cancellations 48 hours or more prior to class: You may cancel your class booking up to 48 hours before the scheduled time. A refund will be issued, minus a 20% administrative fee of the booking cost. This fee covers room booking, administration, and card processing fees.

• Cancellations between 48 and 24 hours prior to class: If you cancel between 48 and 24 hours before your class, you have two options:

• One complimentary reschedule of your class to a new date and time.

• A 50% refund of the booking cost.

• Cancellations less than 24 hours prior to class: No refund will be issued for cancellations made less than 24 hours before the scheduled class time.

5. Rescheduling

Rescheduling is subject to availability. If you choose to reschedule, the new appointment must be within one month of the original booking date. If the appointment is not rescheduled within this timeframe, the cancellation policy will apply from the original booking date.

6. No-Shows

If you do not attend a scheduled treatment or class without prior cancellation, it will be considered a no-show, and no refund will be issued.

7. Health and Safety

Clients are responsible for informing Vesta Wellbeing of any health conditions, injuries, or allergies prior to their treatment or class. Vesta Wellbeing reserves the right to refuse or modify a service if it is deemed unsafe or unsuitable for the client's health condition.

8. Limitation of Liability

Vesta Wellbeing will not be liable for any personal injury, loss, or damage to personal property sustained during participation in treatments or classes, except where such injury, loss, or damage is caused by our negligence.

9. Amendments to Terms and Conditions

Vesta Wellbeing reserves the right to update or modify these T&Cs at any time. Any changes will be posted on our website, and your continued use of our services will constitute your acceptance of the revised T&Cs.

10. General Provisions

These T&Cs are compliant with the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013 (CCR 2013) where applicable. However, please note that services related to leisure activities provided on a specific date or for a specific period of performance are exempt from certain provisions of the CCR 2013, including the 14-day cancellation period . Our cancellation policies, detailed above, are designed to reflect this exemption while providing fair terms for our clients.
