My classes are designed for all ages, stages and experiences of Pilates, ensuring you get the most out of each session. I also like to incorporate elements of strength training supporting muscle maintenance and promoting bone density as we age. This is done by using body weight and supportive props, and encourage you to bring your own light weights to class if you wish.

By participating in these sessions, you’ll prioritise your body’s mobility, longevity, and mental health; all while having fun and connecting with like-minded individuals.
